Overview

The Turkish Central Black Sea Development Agency (OKA), was established by the decree published in the Official Gazette dated 22 November 2008 and numbered 27062, based on the authority given to the Council of Ministers by the Law on the Establishment, Coordination and Duties of Development Agencies, adopted on 25 January 2006. ), As of 15/7/2018, it is subject to the provisions of private law in its transactions not regulated by the Presidential Decree No. 4 on the Organization of the Affiliated, Related, Related Institutions and Organizations and Other Institutions and Organizations that have a public legal personality.
