How it works

Capture Planning Advisory Services are consulting services in nature. Through such services, you are outsourcing DARPE expertise to advise and coach your team through the scouting and engaging steps of your business development efforts. 

Step 1: Tracking Sheet
DARPE assigned business developer will prepare and send your focal person(s) a detailed spread sheet that contains best-matching tenders and / or grant opportunities to bid-for as well as potential clients to engage with.
Step 2: Regular Business Development Calls
DARPE Business Developer will explain and discuss with your focal person(s) business and partnership opportunities that he / she has included Step 1.
Step 3: Tracking Sheet Regular Update
DARPE business developer will make further research, fill-in information gaps in one hand while adding new opportunities as they may arise on the other hand. An updated Tracking Sheets will be sent and discussed with your focal person(s)
The services don’t include any proposal writing or writing any other materials, writing correspondences and / or direct engagement with potential clients - partners.
