Overview

Since its establishment, OPMAC established in 1983, and since the establishment OPMAC recognized that management is a factor that greatly affects the success or failure of development projects in developing countries.

Project management and managerial related services given by OPMAC to clients cover a broad range, which includes, but not be limited to, assistance in setting up short to medium term goals to crystallize a long term vision, analysis on internal and external environments, analysis on economic and financial viability, human resource development, assistance for procurement and disbursement works for loan projects, and monitoring and evaluation by the PCDA (Plan-Do-Check-Action) cycle.
