Experienced, monitoring and evaluation professional with 7 years of progressively responsible experience in M&E with USAID, UN organizations BPRM, and private sector in Jordan and the Middle East. Conduct and participate in several mid-term and final program evaluation, inclusive of USAID - LETS, CIS, JLGF, BEST and other UN evaluations and assessments. With a bachelor of science in management information system and a Master's degree in Development Evaluation and Management from the University of Antwerp, I am able to combine information technology with real world applications of project performance measurement. I am able to extract qualitative and quantitative data, provide strong analysis and extract lessons learned for improved project performance. I am equally comfortable in the field conducting focus group discussions, data collection and interacting with beneficiaries, as well as conducting data analysis for improved project performance and interfacing with management.
