I am a financial management and capacity-building expert with more than eighteen years of experience in humanitarian and internationals development programs in Syria, Turkey and Jordan funded by USAID, UN, DFID and other donors. A native of Jordan with regional and US-based experience.
I supervised and provided capacity building to staff in financial management, grant management, administration, human resources and logistics. I have provided capacity building to local community based organizations (CBOs) and regional Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) as well, evaluating and strengthening their financial and administrative management systems and providing training in Donors regulations, compliance and reporting. I’m holding a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor Degree in Accounting. I’m fluent in Arabic and English.
