Houssem Eddine BAHI

Houssem is a projects and programs management professional with 5 years of experience in international companies and non-profit organizations, writing proposals and managing donor’s funds and programs. In his latest position as program manager of Women’s Enterprise for Sustainability on behalf of the Institute of International Education, he has gained knowledge and experience on both national and international projects.

He had participated in designing the program and successfully won the proposal. He was responsible of managing the budget, reporting to different stakeholders in Tunisia and in the United States of America, attending public meetings and overseeing the daily operations of a 6 M$ women empowerment program. He has learned to perfect my ability at managing a number of tasks at once with superior organizational skills. He has a solid understanding of operations principals,transparency fundamentals and negotiation skills.
