ACAPS
ACAPS
Overview
ACAPS was established in 2009 as a non-profit, non-governmental project with the aim of providing independent, ground-breaking humanitarian analysis to help humanitarian workers, influencers, fundraisers, and donors make better decisions. While the ACAPS team is mainly dedicated to researching and analyzing global crisis data, they also gather information on deployments, and build partnerships and collaborations with other organisations.
CAPS supports the humanitarian community by providing up-to-date information on more than 40 key crises around the globe. We cover every crisis – as and when it happens. ACAPS provides high quality, independent and multi-sectoral analysis. ACAPS can produce tailored analytical products, scenario building workshops, and field assessments on request for your organisation. ACAPS has gained a strong reputation for its technical know-how and the quality of its sources. They campaign for humanitarian organisations to use more information direct from the field and a greater level of independent qualitative analysis when making and implementing key decisions.
