ADEF (Arab Digital Expression Foundation) is Egyptian non- governmental organization that mainly seeks to empower marginalized people in the society especially the Egyptian Youth through visual arts, culture and supporting their knowledge through Arabic language. ADEF goal is to Promote the creative uses of information technology, spread the concepts and practices of free culture and support initiatives aimed at producing free Arab knowledge with free tools .
