Overview
AMANE, which means "Security" in Arabic, is an association under Moroccan law that was created in February 2009, at the initiative of development actors and human rights activists aware of the magnitude of the problem. phenomenon of sexual violence against children. The association's mission is to fight against violence, including sexual violence, which children suffer, through:
- Capacity building of child protection actors to improve the prevention and care of children who are vulnerable and / or survivors of violence, particularly sexual violence.
- The awareness and awareness of the general public about the phenomenon.
- Advocacy to improve child protection mechanisms against all forms of violence.
