Overview
The local information and guidance center for people with disabilities (CLIO) is a local structure par excellence. The center accompanies at the local level, all the development stakeholders (whether it is the elected body, establishments or associations) to agree on the integrated development policy to be put in place and guarantee people with disabilities the right to access the same services and activities offered to everyone. It ensures that the said benefits and services are compatible with the real needs expressed by disabled people (eg: postal service offices with adapted access for disabled people).
