Co.P.E. Cooperazione Paesi Emergenti is an Italian Non-Governmental Organization whose main aim is to cooperate with the developing countries in the promotion of the economical, social, cultural, scientific, and moral progress of disadvantaged individuals and target groups. COPE encourages the reduction of the North-South divide and the enhancement of Global North-South relations.
