The Danish House in Palestine is a non-profit, non-governmental, politically independent organization. The Danish House in Palestine facilitates dialogue and cultural exchanges between Danish and Palestinian practitioners. DHIP is committed to strengthening the relationship between the people of Denmark and Palestine. DHIP encourage social cohesion by increasing the public’s familiarity with and understanding of both cultures. DHIP is doing so by focusing on organizational corporations and people-to-people relations as a way of fostering mutual understanding and strengthening ties between Danes and Palestinians.
