Overview
Ibsar association was founded in September 2011. It sets itself the objective of integrating blind and partially sighted people into the fields of leisure, cultural, intellectual and artistic life. It thus aims to discover and support their energies and talents in order to facilitate their access to all related fields, as proclaimed by the International Convention on the Rights of the Disabled.
