Initiate
Overview
Initiate is a non-governmental, non-political, and non-profit organization that aims at working with communities in Lebanon. Furthermore, Initiate aim to create an environment in which women and youth live in dignity and develop joint acting platforms among communities in Lebanon.
Initiate’s mission is to contribute to a comprehensive community system of social cohesion, by addressing complementary social needs through mutual inclusion and empowerment. Initiate aspires to empower marginalized groups to participate in community-building activities through integrating opportunities for capacity-building with safe spaces for the expression of individual and collective identity.
