Overview
Persone Come Noi Onlus (PCN) is an Italian non-governmental and non-profit organization founded in 2001, dedicated to international solidarity and cooperation, particularly with developing countries. Recognized by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and registered with the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS), PCN focuses on defending and promoting human rights, especially those of children, women, and marginalized communities. Operating in over 18 countries across Africa, Latin America, and Asia, PCN has reached more than 10 million beneficiaries through various programs. Their initiatives encompass emergency response, food security, child protection, healthcare, education, environmental sustainability, and economic empowerment. For instance, in Somalia, PCN has contributed to the development of the Mohamed Aden Sheikh Teaching Hospital in Hargeisa, enhancing pediatric healthcare services and infrastructure .
