Shabab Charity Association
Overview
The Shabab Charity Association (جمعية الشباب الخيرية) is a Syrian non-governmental organization established in 2005 under registration number 2427. Headquartered in Damascus, the association is dedicated to organized community development, aiming to support various social groups through contemporary and institutional approaches in collaboration with different sectors and institutions. Guided by core values of partnership, transparency, and integrity, the association focuses on assisting vulnerable populations by providing economic empowerment opportunities, healthcare services, material and in-kind support, and social care for individuals with disabilities. Its developmental programs include medical centers across several Syrian cities, such as Damascus, Tartous, Latakia, and Deir ez-Zor, as well as dental clinics and free medication distribution centers. The association also operates a rehabilitation center for people with special needs and a community center in Deir ez-Zor.
