Structural Reforms including Evidence-based Recommendations are needed for the Sustainable Generation of Employment Opportunities. Employment Promotion Project implemented by GIZ aimed at increasing youth employment opportunities but through adopting structural-based reforms and activities including
- 1) the establishment of two regional Labor Market Observatories to better serve private sector employers’ needs of skilled youth,
- 2) the establishment of innovative network to better orient technical education towards the need of the labor market through promoting national employment dialogue and the application of evidence-based recommendations,
- 3) promoting social and ecological-based enterprises by supporting Innovation, Collaboration and Entrepreneurship skills ICECairo, and
- 4) training and improve the performance of career guidance services for better and sustainable jobs placement.
