Elias Hasbini has 29 years of professional experience in the planning, design and management of various type of infrastructure projects from feasibility studies, economical and financial analysis, environmental impact assessment, preliminary and final detailed engineering design studies, preparation of project proposals, tender and contract documents, working drawings and monitoring and supervision of infrastructure projects works in the Water Supply, and Wastewater Treatment Plants. Detailed design for structures such as pumping stations and water networks.

Performed engineering design and project’s management in Lebanon, UK and France. Throughout the breadth and scope of my career, I have built up a record of effective participation and leadership in important and complex projects.
