Overview

The TAP Foundation was founded in 1985 by a group of businessmen, academics, and representatives of business and employer organizations under the leadership of Vehbi Koç. The purpose of the Foundation, which is a voluntary organization, is to inform the society about reproductive health and family planning, and to increase the quality of life of families by carrying out studies to increase the use and quality of reproductive health services. The TAP Foundation develops and implements projects in which individuals will have the ability to have a satisfying and safe sex life, the ability to have children, and the freedom to decide when and how often to use this ability.

Mission
To work on the basis of gender equality in order to increase the quality of life of individuals and increase the access of women and girls to information.

Vision
To contribute to an equitable and sustainable development process.
