Overview
Centre for Arab Unity Studies – CAUS - in Beirut - is National Civil Society Organization carrying out independent, scientific research into all aspects of Arab society and Arab unity, free of ties to any Government and in an atmosphere far removed from partisan politics. With wide regional participation from most Arab countries, more than twenty researchers and experts discussed several issues concerning the current situation in the Arab World, the transitional period in some countries, and the future of reform in others.
