Orientation and Reconversion Center (CORP)
Overview
The CORP project (Center d'Orientation, de Reconversion Professionnelle) is based on a long experience in the field of youth employability: there is a real problem of adequacy between the needs of companies in terms of human resources and the profiles existing numbers of job seekers. The CORP is the result of a partnership between the AHK (Tunisian-German Chamber of Commerce) and the German Cooperation Employment Fund (GIZ) which acts on the mandate of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development ( BMZ).
Three main axes will make up this center, unique in Tunisia: One of the new features introduced in this center is the notion of reconversion, still very little present in Tunisia. The objective is to create a decongestion of saturated qualifications towards the requesting sectors through retraining training adapted in consultation with the companies concerned.
