Tadamon
Overview
TADAMON platform is a tool for improving CSOs (Civil Society Organizations) in 57 OIC (Organization of Islamic Cooperation) Member Countries by providing visibility, funding, capacity building, and knowledge within the IsDB-ISFD-NGO Empowerment for Poverty Reduction sponsored by the Islamic Solidarity Fund for Development (ISFD), managed by the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) and implemented by United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and other strategic partners.
There main programs are:
1. Tadamon Crowdfunding Academy is an interactive training program that empowers and builds the capacities of organizations to gain the necessary knowledge and skills on how to prepare and run a successful crowdfunding campaign.
2. TADAMON CSOs Accelerator Program: the program was designed to closely work with CSOs including International Non-Governmental Organizations (INGOs) as implementing agencies and partners for the Bank’s interventions. Furthermore, the program is based on an innovative partnership approach bringing together national and international CSOs, philanthropies, foundations, Governments and crowdfunding platforms to share knowledge, mobilize support and communicate more effectively.
