Fiftyfifty is a Lebanese Non-Governmental Organization (715/2019) that aims to achieve equality at decision-making levels within the private and public sectors by equipping potential female candidates to run for political positions and fostering a network of support among women of expertise
Fiftyfifty Approach are: Identifying, empowering, and supporting women of expertise to reach public and political decision-making positions, Engaging men in supporting women to achieve gender equality , Creating & raising public awareness on gender quota & gender parity , Partnering with the media to highlight achievements of prominent women as equals to their male counterparts , Lobbying with politicians and different stakeholders to reform gender laws and Creating a continuous think-tank of experts dedicated to developing continuous strategies to achieve fiftyfifty goals.
