Small and Micro Enterprise Promotion Service (SMEPS)
Overview
The Small and Micro Enterprise Promotion Service (SMEPS) is a young SME development agency established as a subsidiary of the Social Fund for Development (SFD) in Yemen in 2006. SMEPS is responsible for directing and coordinating activities to provide improved non-financial and financial services for SMEs by planning, directing, coordinating and monitoring several programs with partner organizations. The programs are aimed at stimulating growth and diversity within the SME sector.
