Al Jisr Association
Overview
The Al Jisr Association, established in 1999 and officially recognized as a public utility in 2007, is a leading Moroccan non-profit organization dedicated to advancing public education through multi-stakeholder collaboration. Under the honorary presidency of King Mohammed VI, Al Jisr aims to bridge the gap between the public education system and the private sector by fostering partnerships that enhance learning environments, support educational infrastructure, and improve access to quality education across Morocco.
At the heart of Al Jisr’s mission is the facilitation of partnerships among schools, businesses, families, and civil society organizations. The organization operates across three main axes: building connections, offering training and reintegration opportunities, and ensuring long-term community impact. Through these pillars, Al Jisr implements a wide array of projects that range from physical rehabilitation of schools—such as improving sanitation, safety, and green spaces—to the provision of essential educational materials like furniture, libraries, and IT equipment.
