Counterpart is an international nonprofit development organization that partners with local organizations - formal and informal - to build inclusive, sustainable communities in which their people thrive. They work to create the infrastructure necessary for lasting and true self-reliance by focusing on three core objectives: livelihoods and economic development; nutrition, health and humanitarian services; and government and civil society strengthening.
