It is a private non-profit organization that provides services to poor and needy people in various areas of the city through support and activating programs aim to achieve its mission in many key fields, including education, health, food security, protection and environment.
It was established on 12/11/2016 based on the provisions of the Civic Associations and Institutions Act No. 1 of 2001 and its Executive Regulations issued by His Excellency Prime Minister's Decision No. 129 of 2014
