PARCIC
Overview
PARCIC (formally: Certified Non-Profit Organization PARCIC, English name: PARC Interpeoples’ Cooperation) is a citizen-led international cooperation NGO based in Japan, established in 2008. Its core philosophy centers on "inter-peoples’ cooperation," which emphasizes mutual support across borders between individuals, especially for those facing hardship due to disasters, conflicts, or social vulnerability. Rather than one-way aid from supporter to recipient, PARCIC promotes a reciprocal and equal relationship, providing phased and long-term assistance such as emergency relief, recovery support, and initiatives that foster local economic self-reliance.
