Acacia Foundation
Overview
Acacia Foundation is a Yemeni Non-Profit Organization (NPO) that mainly focuses on preservation of local Yemeni heritage, environment, promotion of arts, cultural awareness and education amongst young youth. They recognize the importance and significance of preservation and restoration of cultural heritage.
Acacia Foundation also advises farmers with agricultural and farming development strategies helping farming families diversify, increase production and advise on the correct way in utilizing existing water resources in a sustainable way.
Acacia Foundation grants scholarships in the medical and educational fields through a selective process that encompasses the current trends and needs of their society. Acacia foundation was recently involved in sponsoring a project that they believe adds much needed guidance and expertise to help startups and young entrepreneurs find, connect and get involved with Yemenis business people around the globe.
