Collective of Actors for Plantation and Environmental Transition (CAPTE)

Overview

In Tunisia, CAPTE has been supporting agroforestry practices since 2016 that are most likely to effectively combat climate change, prepare for adaptation to it and participate in the fight against desertification. In Colombia, since 2017, CAPTE has been supporting farmers in a resource conservation strategy, but also to repair and preserve tropical and Andean agrosystems. In France, from 2018, CAPTE is developing, particularly in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region, its territory program in order to participate in the transition to agro-ecology by supporting the installation of agroforestry systems within farms in the region.
