I have modeled ARZ 2.0 Green Building Rating System ($1.5 Million worth), which I am implementing as Project Manager. It is a web portal (https://arzrating.com) that measures to what extent a building respects the Sustainability requirements, by evaluating 111 criteria spread among Site, Materials, Water, Wellness and Energy modules.
