Overview
CECF, is an Egyptian not-for-profit NGO, registered with the Ministry of Social Solidarity under No. 7208/2008. CECF, is built on the notion that culture is an essential support for development and economic progress.
CECF, empowers children and youth from the most vulnerable communities, our goal is to develop well-adjusted youth, satisfied with who they are, in peace with those around them, and successful in life. CECF, empowers women, provides appropriate programs for mothers/girls, help developing their self-control and control over their lives, as a protective environment for children and as active members of the family and community.
