A multidisciplinary consulting company, PEM was established in 1995 by a core team of development professionals seeing the critical need for combining cross-sectoral expertise. This team forms the center for our operations, with 7 partners, 6 associate consultants, and 2 staff managing operations at PEM's headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark. PEMconsult has an affiliated company, PEM East Africa.
