Demonstrated Economic Growth, Sustainable Livelihoods, and Private Sector Development Sectoral Expertise:
Ten years of client-centered delivery strategies with eight years in emergency and post-emergency settings. Led the first report-writing assignment in Turkey for GIZ on social entrepreneurship in refugee context. One of the youngest consultants working with two IFIs, The World Bank and EBRD. Served as technical assistance expert on value chains and markets, scaling sustainable economic strengthening programming for SMEs, soft-skills development, and employability.

Stakeholder and Partnership Development Experience:
Cultivated over ten partnerships with stakeholders and donors: Danish Refugee Council (DRC), Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ), SPARK, International Labour Organization (ILO), European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Relief International, The World Bank, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and Building Markets. Head discussions and decisions to facilitate country programme strategy and partnership policy resulting in impactful experiences.

Strategic Advisory:
Develops high-level strategy documents and learning sessions to facilitate improved programs. Provided technical knowledge and produced knowledge products for various projects with $47M total budget estimation resulting in strategic shift in policy development. Holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration. Proficient in English; willing to work remotely.
