Monira is an Environmental Consultant with a BSc in Construction Project Management and a Master of Engineering in Environmental Engineering and 4 years of experience as an Environmental Consultant in Egypt and 5 years of teaching as a teaching assistant at the American University in Cairo (AUC).

She has participated in multiple projects and tenders in Egypt, Middle East and Africa in various industrial sectors. She has actively managed several projects in the solid waste management sector. Additionally, she excelled in the capacity building/ capacity development of the client and received positive feedback from the clients after the projects’ end. Besides conducting tailored training to graduate students at AUC on needed soft skills i.e: resume writing and presentation skills.

Moreover, she participated in several environmental and social studies, including ESIA and EIA, that met national standards and international guidelines (e.g., World Bank, AFD). Monira is fluent in both English and Arabic.
