During my eight years of experience as a professional development practitioner in the filed of youth-empowerment and Livelihoods, I can support your organization with the following services

1) Program Development in the humanitarian and development sector: through my work, as a livelihoods and youth empowerment specialist in program development and quality at Save the Children International, I developed my experience in proposal design, logical framework development, and problem analysis.

2) Intervention Package development: For the Livelihoods and youth empowerment sector I can help you develop a tailored intervention package addressing a specific problem. Packages include; Assessment tools, employability skills training, Job hunting training, micro-business training, youth-led initiatives, operational and technical sops, coaching and follow-up manuals, Career guidance packages, Quality benchmarks, and database trackers.

3) Developing SOPs: I can help you develop participatory endorsed SOPs for any operational or technical procedures. During my experience with SCI, I’ve developed a full SOP for country office seed funding and money distribution procedures as a part of the livelihoods intervention. I developed the SOPs with a participatory approach to include all aspects and build up ownership of different department team members to support the launching and adopt its implementation.

4) Capacity Building and Coaching: Building on my experience in instructional design and capacity building to staff and CBOs I’m capable to assess needs, develop and deliver TOTs for your employees addressing any specific interventions for livelihoods and youth empowerment
