More than Six years’ experience in programming on gender and youth, protection, community stabilization, migration, civil society and political participation, and human rights. Ms. Parker is skilled Arabic speaker, manager, capacity builder, investigative journalist, and researcher with extensive field experience in fragile and transitioning countries. Her background is in budget/financial monitoring, project coordination, proposal reviews, and donor reporting as well as depth knowledge of humanitarian assistance/development program management, capacity building, research, feedback & accountability design/implementation (AAP), communications with communities (CwC), and monitoring & evaluation techniques (quantitative/qualitative/ participatory)  Expertise in institutional development, training, and facilitation. She has worked with a range of donors (FCO, DFID, DRL, NEA, USAID, OFDA, PRM, ECHO) and governments (US, UK, Germany, Canada, Denmark, the Netherlands, EU), as well as UN, CSO, local government, INGO actors; and her focus countries are: Tunisia, Egypt, Lebanon, Israel/OPT, Jordan, Libya, Syria, Iraq/KRI, Turkey
