I have over 15 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, and project management, along with leadership roles in local and international evaluation societies and networks. I have gained hands-on experience in public policy, evaluation, and research through my work at the Royal Hashemite Court and within the international development sector; the European Union and USAID. Collaborating with stakeholders from public and private sectors, government entities, and international donors has given me a holistic understanding of policy implementation and areas for improvement. I have conducted internal and external evaluation, have developed and contributed to organizational assessment and lead large scale research. I have taken leadership roles in initiatives supported by the UN as part of my work in the board of the Jordan Development Evaluation Association (EvalJordan), Journal of Multidisciplinary Evaluation (JMDE) and EvalSDGs / EvalPartners.
