I am a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Consultant with extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing M&E systems across humanitarian, development, and peacebuilding sectors. I hold a Master of Science in Biotechnology with a focus on DNA technologies and a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences with an emphasis on Forensic Sciences. My diverse academic background complements my practical expertise, allowing me to approach program evaluation with analytical precision and a focus on impact.

Over the past few years, I have contributed to multiple projects in Lebanon, Jordan, and the broader MENA region, collaborating with international NGOs, UN agencies, and local partners. I have developed and managed M&E frameworks, conducted field evaluations, and led data collection and analysis efforts in complex environments, including conflict-affected areas and underserved communities.

I have worked with notable organizations such as the Lebanese Red Cross, Norwegian Refugee Council, COSV, Oxfam Italia and Jordan, the International Labour Organization, and Right to Play. These roles enabled me to engage with a wide range of donors, including the European Union, and to oversee program quality, build staff capacities, and promote data-driven decision-making.

My work is grounded in principles of accountability, inclusion, and sustainability. I am passionate about supporting vulnerable populations, particularly those affected by conflict and climate-related crises. My recent focus includes enhancing social cohesion in post-conflict communities and promoting inclusive governance and civic engagement among youth.

I am fluent in English and Arabic, proficient in French, and skilled in data tools such as Power BI, KoboToolbox, SurveyCTO, and DHIS2. I have also been certified in safeguarding, PSEA, sustainable supply chains, and data protection.
