Nadine Roumieh
About
I am an independent consultant with over 18 years of experience in program design, grant development, and evaluation across Lebanon, Iraq, and the MENA region. My work focuses on socio-economic development, humanitarian response, and municipal capacity building, with a solid track record supporting international organizations, UN agencies, and local NGOs.
Recently, I led program evaluations for FSVC and FAO, and continue to assist partners with strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and monitoring and evaluation frameworks. As a proposal writer and fundraiser, I have developed over 70 funding applications, many of which were awarded, contributing to diverse portfolios in education, livelihoods, protection, and local governance.
My past leadership roles at Adyan Foundation and René Moawad Foundation involved overseeing donor relations, supervising field implementation, and co-designing community-based initiatives in collaboration with local authorities, civil society actors, and regional institutions. I am known for my ability to work in volatile contexts, conduct meaningful community consultations, and build strong partnerships that ensure relevance and sustainability.
I hold a BA in Geography & Environmental Science and am certified in Monitoring and Evaluation by MSI. I’ve trained teams in results-based management, theory of change, and performance monitoring, and led participatory assessments with municipalities, youth, and vulnerable groups. Fluent in Arabic, French, and English, I combine analytical depth with field experience, offering culturally sensitive and pragmatic support to organizations seeking to maximize their impact.
