With over 12 years of senior leadership and advisory experience across Syria, Türkiye, and the wider MENA region, I support humanitarian and non-profit organizations to strengthen leadership, governance, and operational excellence.

Holding dual master’s degrees in Business Administration and International Relations, I specialize in organizational transformation, capacity development, and executive coaching for NGOs, UN partners, and civil society networks operating in crisis and recovery contexts.
