Overview
Development Culture and Leadership (DCL) is a non profit organization founded in 2008 based in Tripoli and Dennieh, North Lebanon, initially aiming at empowering the youth in Tripoli and Syr Dennieh through non-formal and informal education. Since its formation, DCL has designed and implemented several educational programs to address the regional challenges, always keeping at heart the principles of peace, collaboration, equality, and respect without discrimination.
