Entlaq is a Cairo-based think tank, accelerator, and consultancy firm that aims to position Egypt as a leading regional hub for innovation and entrepreneurship. Established in 2023, Entlaq focuses on three main areas: program development, advisory services, and research. Through its incubators, accelerators, and capacity-building programs, Entlaq has supported over 1,200 entrepreneurs across several Egyptian governorates and helped fund more than 25 startups. Its consulting arm works with startups, corporates, investors, and government entities to provide strategic guidance, policy development, and market-entry support, leveraging strong networks across both public and private sectors. In addition, Entlaq produces in-depth research reports and landscape studies—such as those on fintech, cleantech, and agri-tech in Egypt—to inform ecosystem stakeholders and drive evidence-based decision-making. Led by a team of experts and supported by a wide network of partners, Entlaq is dedicated to fostering a more dynamic, inclusive, and sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystem in Egypt and the wider MENA region.
