Overview

EDECS (El Dawlia for Engineering & Contracting) is an established engineering and construction company founded in 1995 and headquartered in Second New Cairo, Egypt. With a Grade A contractor classification, EDECS specializes in executing large-scale, complex projects across multiple sectors including marine and port facilities, infrastructure development, roads and bridges, railway construction, water irrigation and earthworks, as well as building projects such as administrative buildings and steel-structure facilities. It operates throughout Egypt and has expanded its footprint across the MENA region, including Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Oman.

Over the past 30 years, the company has delivered more than 250 projects and employs around 3,400 people. In just the past five years, its project execution volume has exceeded US $1 billion. EDECS upholds high-quality standards and is certified with ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001.
