A major London concert titled “Together for Palestine” took place on September 17 to raise money and awareness for Gaza amid growing humanitarian needs. The event brought together a large audience and raised around £1.5 million for Gaza aid groups.
The show mixed music, visual installations, and speeches, all designed to draw attention to the humanitarian crisis in Gaza and call for a ceasefire. Organizers highlighted that the concert was both a fundraiser and a platform to urge international action and aid.
One of the key goals was to amplify the voices of Palestinians struggling under siege, bringing the realities of displacement, loss, and survival to a global audience. Attendees described the event as a way to push back against silence and to demand humanitarian access and protection.
Money raised from ticket sales, donations, and merchandise will go to organizations working on the ground in Gaza such as Taawon, Palestine Children`s Relief Fund, and Palestine medical relief service. Palestinian organizations such as Choose Love, a UK charity supporting humanitarian workers in conflict zones. Money donated will help in providing food, water, medical aid, and emergency relief to those most in need.
