Refugee Investment Network

Overview

The Refugee Investment Network (RIN) is a global platform focused on impact investing and blended finance to support refugees and their host communities. Established in 2020 as a nonprofit, RIN aims to unlock the entrepreneurial potential of refugees, fostering economic growth and job creation. The organization seeks to mobilize at least $1 billion in investments by 2030, with a goal of generating over one million new jobs. RIN provides various services for both refugee ventures and investors. For refugee entrepreneurs, it offers free access to growth tools and a software platform called Abaca, which helps them develop their business acumen. Investors benefit from customized advisory services, including investment training and access to curated deals that focus on refugee impact.
