With more than 20 years in cement industry in 25 different countries around the world, He led corporate/regional and cross-divisional projects (Ignition, QIMS, corporate Frame Agreements & technical Agenda). Dr. Mohamed is a member of safety steering committee “Energy Isolation Champion” drives H&S culture in the organization.
He designs and delivers more than 30 worldwide different seminars and workshops inside/outside Lafarge as a trainer/coach and, moreover volunteering lectures and seminars. Awarded Lead Mentor - 2015 honored by the Mowgli foundation for outstanding mentoring achievement and “MUST University Shield” for the effective leadership activities. He hold DBA, MBA, Bachelor of Engineering – Automatic Control Systems and Certified Strategic Business Planning.
