Global Talent Mentoring
Overview
Global Talent Mentoring (GTM) is an international program that connects talented students in STEMM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Medicine) with experienced mentors from around the world. Through online mentoring, workshops, and hands-on projects, GTM helps students develop their scientific skills, gain research experience, and expand professional networks. The program works primarily through partnerships with schools, universities, and research institutions to identify and support participants. GTM focuses on mentorship and talent development rather than providing funding or implementing large-scale projects. Its global and online structure allows students from multiple regions, including parts of the MENA region, to participate, provided they meet the eligibility criteria and have access through a partner institution.
