Forward·Inc (often referred to by its web name Newcomers Forward) is an Amsterdam-based international nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering newcomers — especially people with refugee and forcibly displaced backgrounds — to pursue their entrepreneurial goals and build sustainable busines ases. It provides a suite of free programs that guide aspiring entrepreneurs from early concept development through marketing, business planning, scaling, and investor readiness, leveraging training, mentorship, and a global network of experts to equip participants with the skills and support they need to succeed. The organization aims to foster economic independence, social integration, and innovation by helping newcomers launch and grow ventures that contribute both to their communities and broader economies, and by 2026 seeks to become a leading force in refugee entrepreneurship networks across Europe and the Middle East.
