A research-oriented designer with a multi-cultural approach. I am passionate about research in design, while focusing on the local heritage in architectural craft finishes found in the SWANA region. My work integrates participatory design methods and is informed by field-based studies and desk research, addressing contemporary challenges and integrating them with technological solutions. I am focusing my work towards the digitization of craft knowledge. I also continue to explore the digital fabrication methods for traditional crafts specifically those integrated in architectural finishes.
